研究目的：

主要目的：比较术中七氟烷吸入麻醉和丙泊酚静脉麻醉两种麻醉维持方式对老年恶性肿瘤病人术后7天内谵妄发生率和术后3年存活时间的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Primary endpoint: to investigate the effects of two anesthesia maintenance methods (inhalational sevoflurane vs intravenous propofol) on the incidence of early postoperative delirium and long-term survival after surgery;

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者存在下列任何一种情况即不能进入本项研究：
1.拒绝参加本研究；
2.既往有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森或重症肌无力史；
3.因严重痴呆、语言障碍、昏迷、终末期疾病等情况无法完成术前评估；
4.病情危重（术前ASA分级≥Ⅳ级者）；严重肾功能损害（需行肾脏替代治疗者）；严重肝功能损害（Child-Pugh分级C级）；
5.颅脑手术；
6.主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria:
1. Refuse to participate in the study;
2. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinsonism, or myasthenia gravis;
3. Inability to communicate in the preoperative period because of coma, profound dementia, language barrier, or end-stage disease;
4. Critical illness (preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification >= IV), severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), or severe renal dysfunction (undergoing dialysis before surgery);
5. Neurosurgery;
6. Other reasons that are considered unsuitable for study participation by the responsible surgeons or investigators (reasons must be recorded in the case report form).
