本研究通过患者QoR-40量表的评价和IL-17、IFN-γ指标变化情况，来探讨胸椎旁神经阻滞和前锯肌平面阻滞用于开腹肝脏切除术对患者术后早期恢复质量及炎症因子的影响，为原发性肝癌术后快速康复模式选择提供依据，为临床多模式镇痛选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This research through the QoR to 40 patients with scale of evaluation index and IL - 17, IFN - gamma changes, to explore the thoracic nerve block and the former saw beside muscle plane block is used to open the liver resection for patients with early postoperative recovery quality and inflammatory factor, the influence of provide the basis for primary liver cancer after rapid rehabilitation mode selection, provide reference for clinical multimodal analgesia choice

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全麻下年龄30-65岁，BMI18-30Kg/m2， ASA分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级，首次进行根治性肝癌切除术，术前肝功能Child-Pugh分级为Ａ或Ｂ级。

Inclusion criteria

The patients were 30-65 years old under general anesthesia, bmi 18-30kg /m2, ASA grade was ⅰ ~ ⅱ, radical hepatocellular carcinoma resection was performed for the first time, and child-Pugh grade of liver function was A or B before surgery.

排除标准：

术前有神经阻滞禁忌症，术前行肝动脉化疗栓塞介入治疗、射频消融治疗、放化疗或增强免疫力。药物治疗或患者有大量饮酒或长期使用镇痛精神药品史的病人不纳入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative nerve block contraindications, preoperative hepatic arterial chemoembolization interventional therapy, radiofrequency ablation, radiofrequency chemotherapy or enhancement of immunity.Patients treated with medication or with a history of heavy alcohol consumption or long-term use of analgesic psychotropic drugs were excluded from the study.
