研究目的：

1. 描述社区老年人MCR的分布现状及人群特征，分析社区老年人MCR发生的潜在整体归因，为社区层面MCR公众健康的维护及管理提供理论借鉴。 2. 明确负性情绪、生活目标等潜在中介因子在人格特质诱导下与MCR的作用关系，为MCR老年人针对性的干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Describe the distribution and population characteristics of MCR in community elderly, analyze the potential overall attribution of MCR in community elderly, and provide theoretical reference for the maintenance and management of MCR public health at the community level. 2.To clarify the relationship between potential mediating factors such as negative emotions and life goals and MCR under the induction of personality traits, so as to provide scientific basis for targeted intervention of MCR elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁；
（2）阅读、理解和表达能力正常者，能进行身体评估测试，配合调查者完成问卷填写；
（3）签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥60 years;
(2) Those with normal reading, understanding and expression ability can conduct physical assessment tests and complete the questionnaire with the investigators;
(3) Sign informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）不能独立行走者（使用辅助步行工具）；
（2）确诊为痴呆及严重认知障碍者；
（3）存在重度视力、听力障碍不能完成调查者；
（4）当前因患有严重的躯体疾病或精神障碍而不能配合者；
（5）近期或预期存在可能影响行走的医疗介入情况（择期手术、术后运动不同程度的限制，接受血液透析治疗）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unable to walk independently (using auxiliary walking tools);
(2) Patients diagnosed with dementia and severe cognitive impairment;
(3) Persons with severe visual and hearing impairment who cannot complete the investigation;
(4) Those who cannot cooperate due to severe physical diseases or mental disorders;
(5) Medical intervention that may affect walking in the near future or is expected to exist (different degrees of limitation of elective surgery and postoperative exercise, receiving hemodialysis treatment).

本研究采用多阶段随机抽样与方便抽样相结合的方法。 第一阶段：在研究地1个城区采用抽签法随机抽取共4个街道。第二阶段：以街道办事处所辖的居民社区为抽样范围，进行方便抽样，利用社区居委会组织的活动（社区健康知识教育讲座、主题活动等）设立调查点，深入活动中心（社区老年活动中心、老年大学中心、义诊活动、公园、广场）等多种方式进行。

This study adopts the method of combining multi-stage random sampling with convenient sampling. The first stage: a total of four streets were randomly selected by drawing lots in one urban area of the study area. Phase II: convenient sampling.
