研究目的：

肢端肥大患者相较普通患者其困难喉镜暴露的概率要高很多，其中更是包括一些不能预料的困难面罩通气，这对于麻醉医生和患者而言都是一种非常危急的情况。然而，目前经典的气道评估手段，如Mallampati分级，甲颏距离，上唇咬合实验等，对于这部分患者在术前并不能进行准确的评估。MRI 具有软组织显像好、无辐射、不受呼吸时相的影响且适用于连续瞬间变化等优点。在获取上呼吸道周围的软组织结构影像方面具有非常好的对比度，可以清楚的区分不同结构。因此，本研究拟通过采集本中心生肢端肥大患者术前MRI中上呼吸道形态的相关数据，寻找敏感性和特异性更高的困难气道评估指标，从而提高肢端肥大患者术前气道评估的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with acromegaly have high risk of difficult laryngoscopic exposure than those without acromegaly, even unexpected difficulties with mask ventilation, which can be a critical condition for both anesthesiologist and patient. However, the current airway assessment methods, such as Mallampati grading, thyromental distance, and upper lip occlusion test, cannot assess these patients airway accurately before surgery. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has the advantages of distinguish soft tissue imaging, no radiation, not affected by respiratory phase and suitable for continuous transient changes. It has excellent contrast in obtaining images of soft tissue structures around the upper respiratory tract and can clearly distinguish different structures. Therefore, this study intends to collect relevant data of upper respiratory tract morphology in preoperative MRI of patients with acromegaly in our center, and seek for better difficult airway assessment indicators with higher sensitivity and specificity, so as to improve the accuracy of preoperative airway assessment in patients with acromegaly.

纳入标准：

① 择期行垂体瘤切除术患者；
② 面容改变，合并生长激素水平增高；
③ 年龄18-65岁；
④ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients undergoing selective pituitary tumor resection,
② Face changes, combined with increased growth hormone levels,
③ Age 18-65,
④ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

① BMI ≥ 35kg/㎡；
② 术前无MRI影像学资料；
③ 合并气道畸形的患者；
④ 既往存在困难通气或气管插管病史；

Exclusion criteria：

① BMI ≥ 35kg/㎡,
② No MRI imaging data before surgery,
③ Patients with airway malformation,
④ There is a history of difficult ventilation or endotracheal intubation.
