本研究是目的是通过TMS刺激健康成年人左背外侧前额叶皮层探究TMS对自主神经的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of TMS on autonomic nerve by stimulating the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of healthy adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
（1）受试者均为少运动的，无常规力量训练，身体素质正常；
（2）无酗酒和过量抽烟等不良生活习惯，身体基本健康；
（3）未出现心脑血管、神经或代谢紊乱临床体征、且未服用任何药物。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:
(1) The subjects are less active, have no conventional strength training, and have normal physical quality;
(2) There are no bad living habits such as alcoholism and excessive smoking, and the body is basically healthy;
(3) No clinical signs of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, neurological disorders or metabolic disorders, and no medication.

排除标准：

排除标准：
（1）心脑血管疾病、糖尿病患者；
（2）存在严重认知障碍、精神疾病或其他神经退行性（PD、中风、额颞叶变性、血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆等）等疾病；
（3）肥胖、甲状腺异常、支气管、哮喘、更年期综合症；
（4）长期吸烟、酗酒和熬夜。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:
(1) patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes;
(2) Serious cognitive impairment, mental illness or other neurodegenerative diseases (PD, stroke, frontotemporal degeneration, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, etc.);
(3) Obesity, thyroid abnormality, bronchus, asthma and climacteric syndrome;
(4) Long-term smoking, alcoholism and staying up late.
