研究目的：

1. 从表观遗传学角度，研究DNA甲基化在纵隔子宫发生中的作用； 2. 通过回顾性队列研究，比较纵隔子宫、双角子宫、单角子宫及双子宫患者的妊娠结局，探讨纵隔子宫对生育功能的影响； 3. 探索纵隔子宫影响生育功能的分子生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the role of DNA methylation in the development of the septate uterus from the perspective of epigenetics; 2. A retrospective cohort study was conducted to compare the pregnancy outcomes of patients with the septate uterus, bicornal uterus, monornal uterus and double uterus, and to explore the effects of the septate uterus on reproductive function; 3. To explore the molecular biological mechanism of the septate uterus affecting reproductive function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断为纵隔子宫需行手术治疗的患者；
2. 因宫颈疾病行子宫全切的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with a septate uterus requiring surgical treatment;
2. Patients undergoing total hysterectomy due to cervical diseases.

排除标准：

1. 年龄大于40岁；
2. 合并其它遗传性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Older than 40 years old;
2. Complicated with other hereditary disease.
