研究目的：

通过随机对照双盲的临床试验研究，评价滋肾育胎丸对冻融周期胚胎移植及妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of Zishen Yutai Pills on frozen embryo transfer and pregnancy outcome through a randomized controlled double-blind clinical trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 取卵周期年龄≤43周岁的妇女；
2) 符合进入常规IVF-ET以及ICSI周期的适应征；
3) 取卵周期未进行移植或移植后未孕、有冻存胚胎者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged <=43 years at the time of oocyte retrieved cycle;
2. Meet the indications for entering regular IVF-ET and ICSI cycles;
3. Those who have not been transplanted during the oocyte retrieved cycle or have not become pregnant after transplantation, or have frozen embryos.

排除标准：

1) 患有《母婴保健法》规定的不宜生育的、目前无法进行胚胎植入前遗传学诊断的遗传性疾病者；
2) 未治愈的输卵管积水、子宫内膜异位症、宫腔粘连；
3) 未治愈的内分泌代谢疾病；
4）先天性子宫畸形及卵巢缺如；
5）近三个月内服用治疗不孕症相关中药或中成药的患者；
6）本次的冻融胚胎在促排过程中参与过中药或中成药临床试验者；
7）同一受试者重复入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed with genetic diseases that are not suitable for child-bearing as required by Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Health Care or that currently unable to undergo preimplantation genetic screening;
2. Uncured hydrosalpinx, endometriosis or intrauterine adhesions;
3. Uncured endocrine and metabolic diseases;
4. Congenital uterine malformation and absent ovaries
5. Taken Chinese medicine targeting to infertility within the past three months;
6. Those who have participated in clinical trials involving Chinese medicine in the process of ovulation induction.
7. Repeated enrolment of the same subject.
