研究目的：

观察禅修对抑郁状态大学生抑郁症状的改善作用，并初步探究禅修对抑郁状态大学生机体“神经—免疫交互作用”的调控作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement effect of meditation on depressive symptoms of depressed college students, and to explore the regulation effect of meditation on "neuro-immune interaction" of depressed college students.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①抑郁状态在校大学生（PHQ-9量表评分＞10分且＜15分、HAMD量表评分＞7分且＜24分），由北京市良乡医院精神科临床心理医师对受试者进行量表测评及入组筛查；
②抑郁状态非必需接受抗抑郁药物治疗者；
③伴随/不伴随焦虑者；
④年龄在18～30岁之间者；
⑤所有研究对象于课题开始前6个月内未使用过抗抑郁药物，且在课题进行过程中直至采样结束没有服用与治疗抑郁症相关的任何药物，采样前1周内未用过任何药物；
⑥受试者要符合fMRI的纳入标准：a.右利手；b.没有幽闭恐惧症；c.体内没有金属（补牙允许）；
⑦自愿参加并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Depressive undergraduates (PHQ-9 scale > 10 and < 15, HAMD scale > 7 and < 24) were evaluated and screened by clinical psychologists in the Department of Psychiatry, Liangxiang Hospital of Beijing;
②patients with depression who do not need to receive antidepressant treatment;
③ with/without anxiety;
④ The age is between 18 and 30;
⑤ All subjects did not use antidepressants within 6 months before the beginning of the project, and did not take any drugs related to the treatment of depression during the project until the end of the sampling, and did not use any drugs within 1 week before the sampling;
⑥ Subjects should meet the inclusion criteria of fMRI: a. right-handed;B. No claustrophobia;C. No metal in the body (dental fillings allowed);
⑦Those who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①排除器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症和双相障碍、精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致抑郁障碍者；
②排除由重大生活变故或者重大事件发生导致的抑郁状态；
③妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女及哺乳期妇女；
④合并肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病；
⑤中重度、重度抑郁症患者或需要使用抗抑郁药物治疗者；
⑥病情严重需要紧急治疗者；
⑦有性格偏执，经研究人员判断不适合进行禅修训练者；
⑧有核磁扫描禁忌症者；
⑨3个月内参加其他临床研究项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Exclusion of organic mental disorders, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances caused by depression disorders;
②Exclude depression caused by major life changes or major events;
③ Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant and breast-feeding women;
④ Complicated with serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
⑤ Patients with moderate or severe depression or those who need to use antidepressants;
⑥ Those who are seriously ill and need emergency treatment
⑦ People with paranoid personality, judged by researchers not suitable for meditation training;
⑧ there are contraindications to MRI;
⑨ Patients who participated in other clinical research projects within 3 months.
