研究目的：

探究术前高浓度氢气吸入对NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中PD-L1表达的影响及其机制，进一步证实氢气抗癌的效果，为临床肺癌患者的治疗转归提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of preoperative high concentration of hydrogen inhalation on PD-L1 expression in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients and its mechanism, further confirm the anticancer effect of hydrogen, and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of lung cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）择期行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者（2）年龄35-70岁（3）ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级（4）BMI：18-23 kg/m2（5）肿瘤为首次确诊,肺内原发。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer (2)Aged 35 to 70 years old (3)ASA class I-III (4)BMI 18-23 kg/m2 (5)First diagnosed and primary lung tumor.

排除标准：

（1）严重器质性心脏病和心律失常（2）严重高血压（≥190/90mmHg）且未规律服药（3）近期服用过激素类药物（4）4周内参与过其他临床实验（5）术前应用过抗肿瘤药物者（6）患者由于各种原因难以配合

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Severe organic heart disease and arrhythmias (2)Severe hypertension (≥190/90 mmHg) and irregular medication (3)The patient had recently taken hormones (4)The patient had participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks (5)The patient had received antitumor drugs before surgery(6)Patients are difficult to cooperate for various reasons.
