研究目的：

1.该研究希望揭示龋性牙髓干细胞生物学性状的改变是否与龋病进展过程具有相关性。 2.从细胞水平探讨龋性牙髓干细胞在龋病进展过程中的角色和作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The aim of this study was to reveal whether the changes in the biological characteristics of dental pulp stem cells with caries were correlated with the progression of caries. 2.To investigate the role of dental pulp stem cells in the progression of caries at the cellular level

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

收集临床18～ 25岁年轻志愿者拔除的正位萌出的健康、釉质龋（釉质颜色的改变、卡探针、x线片及microCT影像学资料）、牙本质龋（明显龋洞、质软、探诊敏感、冷刺激一过性敏感、x线片及microCT影像学资料，剩余牙本质厚度RDT≥2mm)、牙本质龋（明显龋洞、质软、探诊敏感、冷刺激一过性疼痛、x线片及microCT影像学资料，0.5≤RDT＜2mm，探诊未穿髓)、牙本质龋（明显龋洞、质软、探诊敏感、冷刺激一过性疼痛、x线片及microCT影像学资料，RDT＜0.5mm，探诊未穿髓)的第三磨牙( 经患者知情同意及相关伦理委员会审批) 各5例。

Inclusion criteria

The third molar with health, enamel caries (enamel color change, probe, X-ray and microCT imaging data), dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive to probing, transient sensitivity to cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data show residual dentine thickness RDT≥2mm) ，dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive to probe, transient pain of cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data, 0.5≤RDT < 2mm，and no puncture），dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive, transient pain of cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data, RDT < 0.5mm, and no puncture)were collected from young clinical volunteers aged 18-25 years. )。There are 5 cases in each group.

排除标准：

排除牙周牙髓联合病变，牙髓变性和牙髓坏死的第三磨牙。

Exclusion criteria：

The third molars with periodontal pulp disease, pulp degeneration and pulp necrosis were excluded.
