研究目的：

本研究通过多中心的规范的循证实践，改善全麻气管插管患者术后咽喉疼痛，减少POST的发生，提高患者的舒适度。包括以下几点：（1）减少患者粘膜损伤，降低全麻患者术后咽喉痛的发病率和严重程度。（2）提高患者的舒适度和满意度。（3）提高患者术后进食的依从性、缩短患者进食时间，促进患者快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, multi-center standardized evidence-based practice was adopted to improve postoperative throat pain in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, reduce the occurrence of POST, and improve the comfort of patients. Including the following points :(1) to reduce patients' mucosal injury, reduce the incidence and severity of postoperative sore throat in general anesthesia patients. (2) Improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients. (3) Improve the postoperative eating compliance of patients, shorten the eating time of patients, and promote the rapid recovery of patients.

纳入标准：

18岁≤年龄＜80岁，择期手术全身麻醉气管插管的成人患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia during elective surgery aged 18 ≤ < 80 years.

排除标准：

患者含有严重的疾病，不易配合者（包括智力、视听障碍、精神异常、活动障碍者）；个体不愿意参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient has serious disease and is not easy to cooperate (including intellectual, audio-visual impairment, mental disorder, activity impairment); Individuals were unwilling to participate in the study.
