研究目的：

探索全身麻醉机械通气时潮气量准确设置的方法  

Objectives of Study：

Evidence that tidal volume (TV) is related to age, height, weight, chest circumference, and abdominal girth exists. However, it is unclear which of these has the strongest association correlation with TV. This study aimed to investigate the main factors associated with TV and determine a method for accurately predicting TV requirement during mechanical ventilation.

纳入标准：

ASA I及II级择期行骨科、妇科、泌尿科、普外科需全身麻醉行机械通气的患者

Inclusion criteria

All patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II who were scheduled for orthopaedic,gynaecologic, urologic or general surgery were included.

排除标准：

符合以下任意一项即排除出本研究：急诊手术；疑似急性呼吸窘迫综合征；有严重限制性肺病、严重慢性阻塞性肺病、严重或不受控制的支气管哮喘、肺部感染、支气管扩张或肺转移史；术前使用正压通气（如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征持续气道正压通气）；胸部畸形和胸内疾病（如纵隔或胸部肿瘤）；心血管或神经系统疾病；肝肾功能异常；腹腔镜手术；需要单肺隔离的手术；怀孕患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications for surgery; urgent need of surgery; suspected acute respiratory distress syndrome; history of severe restrictive lung disease, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma, pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis, or pulmonary metastases; use of positive pressure ventilation before surgery (e.g., continuous positive airway pressure for obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome); thoracic deformities and intrathoracic diseases (such as mediastinal or chest tumour); cardiovascular or neurological disease; abnormal liver or renal function; laparoscopic surgical approach; surgeries requiring one-lung isolation; and those who were pregnant were excluded.
