研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照、前瞻性的研究方法，观察全息理论指导的耳部全息铜砭刮痧在乳腺癌失眠患者健康管理中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized, controlled and prospective study method was adopted to observe the application effect of holographic copper acupuncture scraping of ear under the guidance of holographic theory in the health management of insomnia patients with breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合乳腺癌及失眠的诊断标准者；
②近一月内未服用任何与失眠相关药物及接受相关治疗者；
③年龄为18-80岁；
④愿意接受两个月治疗并签署知情同意书者；
⑤预计生存期大于 6 个月；
⑥近1个月来未参加其他临床研究；
⑦匹兹堡睡眠量表（PSQI）评分＞7分；
⑧自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① meet the diagnostic criteria of breast cancer and insomnia;
② Not taking any drugs related to insomnia or receiving related treatment in the past one month;
③ aged between 18 and 80;
④ Those who are willing to receive treatment for two months and sign the informed consent;
⑤ Expected survival time is greater than 6 months;
⑥ Not participating in other clinical studies in the past 1 month;
⑦ Pittsburgh sleep scale (PSQI) score > 7;
⑧ Voluntary participation and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

①由于疼痛、恶心、呕吐、咳嗽等原因所导致的失眠；
②具有耳穴贴压的禁忌症，如既往有耳朵冻疮病史者；
③耳部皮肤破溃、红肿或有炎症，对黄铜、酒精、胶布、王不留行籽等过敏者；
④妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
⑤存在严重心、脑、血管、肝、肾、血液、呼吸系统疾病患者等疾病；
⑥精神病患者或需长期服用镇静类药物的患者；
⑦呼吸相关性睡眠障碍、不宁腿综合征、环境性睡眠困难患者；
⑧患有传染性疾病或皮肤感染有损害，不宜进行手法治疗的患者；
⑨认知功能障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Insomnia caused by pain, nausea, vomiting, coughing and other reasons;
② Patients with contraindications to auricular acupoint sticking, such as previous history of ear chilblain;
③ The skin of the ear is broken, red or inflamed, allergic to brass, alcohol, tape, and seeds.
④ Regnant or lactating women;
⑤ Patients with serious heart, brain, blood vessel, liver, kidney, blood and respiratory diseases;
⑥ Patients with mental illness or patients who need to take sedative drugs for a long time;
⑦ Patients with breathing related sleep disorder, restless leg syndrome, environmental sleep difficulties;
⑧ Patients suffering from infectious diseases or skin infections with damage, not suitable for manual treatment of patients;

纳入患者按顺序编号,利用spss23.0软件产生随机数字，将随机数字从小到大排序，按照顺序均分为两组；然后将顺序号及分组结果分装入不透明的信封内，信封进行编号，当符合纳入标准的患者准备入组时，研究护士依次打开信封，按照信封中的方案执行。
