验证TLR4的高表达是否抑制或阻止KS的生长或发生，为新疆KS与HIV相关型KS的防治提供新思路，为今后研发TLR4受体激动剂治疗KS奠定基础  

Objectives of Study：

To testify whether high expression of TLR4 can inhibit the growth and development of Kaposi’s sarcoma; to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Kaposi’s sarcoma in Xinjiang and the therapy of TLR4 agonist for Kaposi’s sarcoma.

纳入标准：

AIDS相关性Kaposi's肉瘤患者、经典型Kaposi's肉瘤患者、HIV无Kaposi's肉瘤患者、健康者

Inclusion criteria

1. Uyghur patients with HIV-related Kaposi’s sarcoma;2. typical Kaposi's sarcoma;3. patient with HIV infection without Kaposi's sarcoma;4. Healthy people.

排除标准：

合并肝炎病毒感染者

Exclusion criteria：

Patient complicated with hepatitis.
