研究目的：

（1）了解AD术后患者出院前、出院后1个月、出院后3个月血压控制率及自我管理行为的水平。 （2）探索AD术后患者血压控制率及自我管理行为的变化趋势。 （3）分析AD术后患者不同时期血压控制和自我管理行为的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the blood pressure control rate and the level of self-management behavior of patients with AD before discharge, 1 month after discharge, and 3 months after discharge. (2) Explore the changing trend of blood pressure control rate and self-management behavior in patients after AD. (3) Analyze the influencing factors of blood pressure control and self-management behavior in different periods of AD postoperative patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于等于18岁；
②明确诊断为主动脉夹层；
③夹层发病经手术治疗后，病情稳定，生命体征平稳；
④神志清楚，能表达自己的想法；
⑤患者知情同意，自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18 years or older;
②A clear diagnosis of aortic dissection;
③After surgical treatment of the dissection, the condition is stable and vital signs are stable;
④Conscious and able to express one's own thoughts;
⑤Patients Informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

①既往有精神病史、痴呆史、智力障碍者；
②因疾病原因须长期卧床休息者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with past history of mental illness, history of dementia, or mental retardation;
②Patients who need to stay in bed for a long time due to the disease.

数据采集包括一般资料调查表、高血压知识问卷、高血压自我效能评价量表、医疗社会支持量表简体中文版（MOS-SSS-C）及高血压病人自我管理水平量表，双人核对，将数据录入到SPSS管理软件中

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection includes general information questionnaire, hypertension knowledge questionnaire, hypertension self-efficacy evaluation scale, simplified Chinese version of medical social support scale (MOS-SSS-C), and self-management level scale for hypertension patients, double check, enter data into SPSS.
