研究目的：

（1）通过可见光下的白睛无影成像采集系统采集白睛眼象特征并建立糖脂代谢病1期、糖脂代谢病2期人群、糖脂代谢病3期人群及不同证候的白睛眼象特征数据库。 （2）基于采集的四方位白睛眼象图，利用计算机图像分析和人工智能技术对白睛眼象特征进行提取和分类，通过统计学分析糖脂代谢病不同分期及中医证候白睛眼象的表现及其变化特征，初步揭示糖脂代谢病及其证型与白睛眼象特征的对应变化关系。 （3）通过机器学习，挖掘基于四方位白睛眼象特征变化的糖脂代谢病及其中医证候诊断模型，并对模型进行验证和优化，进而研发出一套糖脂代谢病目诊诊断标准，用于糖脂代谢病的早期预警、筛查分类、辅助诊断、风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The characteristics of white eye eye were collected by the white eye shadowless imaging acquisition system under visible light, and the databases of glucose and lipid metabolism disease stage 1, glucose and lipid metabolism disease stage 2, glucose and lipid metabolism disease stage 3 and different white eye characteristics were established. (2) Based on the collected tetragonal white eye eye picture, the characteristics of white eye picture were extracted and classified by computer image analysis and artificial intelligence technology. Through statistical analysis of different stages of glucose and lipid metabolism disease and the performance and change characteristics of white eye picture in traditional Chinese medicine, the corresponding change relationship between glucose and lipid metabolism disease and the characteristics of white eye picture was preliminarily revealed. (3) Through machine learning, mining the diagnosis model of glucose and lipid metabolism disease and its TCM based on the changes of tetragonal white eye eye characteristics, and verifying and optimizing the model, and then developing a set of visual diagnosis diagnostic criteria for glucose and lipid metabolism disease, which is used for early warning, screening classification, auxiliary diagnosis, and risk assessment of glucose and lipid metabolism disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2型糖尿病前期、2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病冠心病、高脂血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病原发性高血压、动脉粥样硬化性心血管病诊断者；
②年龄≥18岁，≤75岁；
③患者自愿参加本研究、依从性好。
④辨证属于肝郁脾虚证、痰湿阻滞证、湿热内蕴证、气阴两虚证、脾肾阳虚证、痰瘀互结证、阳虚浊毒证患者。
诊断标准参考：糖脂代谢病（瘅浊）中西医结合诊疗技术规范。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, essential hypertension, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease; 2. Aged ≥ 18 years old, ≤ 75 years old; 3. Patients volunteered to participate in this study, good compliance.
4. Syndrome differentiation belongs to patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, phlegm-dampness block syndrome, dampness-heat syndrome, deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome, deficiency of spleen and kidney yang syndrome, phlegm-blood stasis syndrome, and yang deficiency and dampness syndrome.

排除标准：

①不符合以上诊断者；
②患者依从性差；
③妊娠及哺乳期的妇女；
④急性心脑血管事件、糖尿病酮症及酸中毒、高渗性昏迷等患者；
⑤恶性肿瘤患者；
⑥未签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. do not meet the above diagnosis; 2. patients with poor compliance; 3. pregnant and lactating women; 4. acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, diabetic ketosis and acidosis, hyperosmolar coma and other patients; 5. patients with malignant tumors; 6. did not sign informed consent.
