研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨梗阻性黄疸对麻醉深度的影响及影响因素分析，以更加科学精准地指导麻醉，稳定术中血流动力学，减少麻醉用药，改善术后转归，提高麻醉质量和手术麻醉安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of obstructive jaundice on the depth of anesthesia and analyze the influencing factors, so as to guide anesthesia more scientifically and accurately, stabilize intraoperative hemodynamics, reduce anesthetic use, improve postoperative outcome, improve the quality of anesthesia and safety of surgical anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～65岁，性别不限，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；
（2）拟于全麻下行腹腔镜下上腹部手术，且预计手术时长不超过4小时；
（3）自愿参加，签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Aged 18-65 years, male or female, BMI18-30kg/m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II;
(2)Scheduled for laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery expected to take less than 4 hours;
(3)Volunteer and sign the informed consent for the study.

排除标准：

（1）对麻醉药过敏；
（2）严重心脑血管疾病和心肺功能障碍;肝肾功能严重障碍；
（3）患有神经系统疾病，长期服用安眠药或镇静剂的；
（4）贫血(Hb＜9.0 mg/dl);糖尿病;重度高血压；
（5）酗酒；
（6）精神异常或者沟通困难无法合作者；
（7）拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Allergy to anesthetic;
(2)Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
(3)Suffering from nervous system diseases, long-term use of hypnotics or sedatives;
(4)Anemia (Hb < 9.0 mg/dl); Diabetes; Severe hypertension;
(5)Alcohol abuse;
(6)Mental disorder or communication difficulties unable to cooperate;
(7)Refusal to sign informed consent.
