纳入标准：

1.2021年5月起在上海交通大学附属第九人民医院或同济大学附属东方医院或上海永远幸妇科医院生殖中心行夫精人工授精（AIH）治疗的女性患者；2.建档年龄≥20岁；3.有AIH指征。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female patients undergoing artificial insemination (AIH) treatment in the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University or Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University or Shanghai Towako Hospital from May 2021; 2.age ≥ 20 years old; 3 . Having indications of AIH.

排除标准：

外院人工授精失败史。

History of failed artificial insemination in other hospitals.

本项目的随机化操作采用中心随机系统，即各中心入组患者的随机分配编码均由同一名独立专业统计人员采用R软件生成，由分组专员保管分配。分组专员保持盲态。算法采用分层区组随机化方法，将三个参与RCT的中心分为3层，每个区组为4（或2，或6）。根据三个中心既往周期情况预先设定三中心（上海九院，永远幸妇科医院，东方医院）入组患者比例为6:1:1，生成随机分配编码。同时三中心采用竞争入组方式，若某中心随机分配编码使用完毕，则继续使用届时随机分配编码剩余量最大的中心的编码，直至完成整个试验计划数量的病例入组。
