研究目的：

1．评价清肺排毒汤和“三方”辨证施治在轻型/普通型德尔塔新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中的疗效及安全性。 2．通过治疗前后的代谢组学探索“三方”治疗轻型/普通型德尔塔新型冠状病毒肺炎的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingfei detoxification Decoction and "three party" in the treatment of light / common type of New Coronavirus pneumonia. 2. through the metabonomics before and after treatment, we explored the mechanism of "three party" in the treatment of light / common type of New Coronavirus pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

清肺排毒汤：麻黄 9g、炙甘草 6g、杏仁 9g、生石膏 15～30g（先煎）、桂枝 9g、泽泻 9g、猪苓 9g、白术 9g、茯苓 15g、柴胡 16g、黄芩 6g、姜半夏 9g、生姜 9g、紫菀 9g、冬花 9g、射干 9g、细辛 6g、山药 12g、枳实 6g、陈皮 6g、藿香 9g等。每日1剂，水煎 400ml,分2次服用，早晚各1次，10天为一疗程。 宣肺败毒方：生麻黄 6g、苦杏仁 15g、生石膏 30g、生薏苡仁30g、茅苍术 10g、广藿香 15g、青蒿草 12g、虎杖 20g、马鞭草30g、干芦根 30g、葶苈子 15g、化橘红 15g、生甘草 10g等。每日1剂，水煎 400ml,分2次服用，早晚各1次，10天为一疗程。 化湿败毒方：生麻黄 6g、杏仁 9g、生石膏 15g、甘草 3g、藿香 10g （后下）、厚朴 10g、苍术 15g、草果 10g、法半夏 9g、茯苓 15g、生大黄 5g （后下）、生黄芪 10g、葶苈子 10g、赤芍10g等。每日1剂，水煎 400ml,分2次服用，早晚各1次，10天为一疗程。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Qingfei Paidu Decoction: 9g ephedra, 6G roasted licorice, 9g almond, 15-30g raw gypsum (decocted first), 9g Cinnamon Twig, 9g Alisma orientalis, 9g Polyporus, 9g Atractylodes macrocephala, 15g Poria cocos, 16g bupleurum, 6G Scutellaria baicalensis, 9g Rhizoma Pinelliae, 9g ginger, 9g aster, 9g winter flower, 9g Shegan, 6G asarum, 12g yam, 6G Fructus aurantii, 6G tangerine peel, 9g patchouli, etc. One dose per day, 400ml in water, taken twice, once in the morning and once in the evening, 10 days as a course of treatment. Xuanfei Baidu recipe: raw ephedra 6G, bitter almond 15g, raw gypsum 30g, raw coix seed 30g, Atractylodes lancea 10g, patchouli 15g, Artemisia annua 12g, Polygonum cuspidatum 20g, Verbena 30g, dry reed 30g, Tingli 15g, huaorange 15g, raw licorice 10g, etc. One dose per day, 400ml in water, taken twice, once in the morning and once in the evening, 10 days as a course of treatment. Huashi Baidu recipe: raw ephedra 6G, almond 9g, gypsum 15g, licorice 3G, Huoxiang 10g (lower back), Magnolia officinalis 10g, Atractylodes rhizome 15g, Cao Guo 10g, Pinellia ternata 9g, Poria cocos 15g, rhubarb 5g (lower back), Astragalus 10g, Tinglizi 10g, red peony 10g, etc. One dose per day, 400ml in water, taken twice, once in the morning and once in the evening, 10 days as a course of treatment. 

纳入标准：

纳入标准
（1）符合《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第八版）》诊断标准的轻型和普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。
（2）知情同意，志愿受试；获得知情同意书过程应符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

(1) a mild and general type of New Coronavirus pneumonia who meet the diagnostic criteria for New Coronavirus pneumonia (trial version 8);
(2) Informed consent, voluntary test; The process of obtaining informed consent shall be in accordance of GCP.

排除标准：

排除标准
（1）年龄＜18岁；
（2）合并有严重的原发性心、肺、肝、肾、血液或影响其生存的疾病者；
（3）精神病、认知能力受限患者及法律规定的残疾患者；
（4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（5）已知对本次试验用药物过敏者；
（6）在3个月内或正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age < 18 years;
(2) Patients with severe primary heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood or diseases affecting their survival;
(3) Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment and disability prescribed by law;
(4) Pregnant or lactating women;
(5) Those who are known to be allergic to the drugs used in this test;
(6) Patients within 3 months or participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
