研究目的：

研究纳米碳示踪剂在腹腔镜下进展期胃癌根治术中淋巴结清扫中的相关作用，并讨论术前注射纳米碳的时机的选择与淋巴结清扫数量的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of carbon nanoparticles in lymph node dissection during laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, and to discuss the relationship between the timing of preoperative injection of carbon nanoparticles and the amount of lymph node dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

签署手术知情同意书；胃镜检查并经活检病理证实为胃恶性肿瘤；腹部增强CT或者MR等辅助检查提示肿瘤无远处转移；无重要脏器功能障碍，能耐受手术；临床分期为Ⅰ- Ⅲ期患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Signed the informed consent for surgery;
2.Gastroscopic examination and pathological biopsy confirmed the malignant tumor of the stomach;
3.Abdominal enhanced CT or MR and other ancillary examinations showed no distant metastasis;
4.No important organ dysfunction, can tolerate surgery;
5.The clinical stage wasⅠ-Ⅲ.

排除标准：

临床分期提示为Ⅳ期无手术指征者；患者重要脏器功能障碍或有其他重大疾病不能耐受手术者；其他禁忌证不能行D2 根治术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The clinical staging was Ⅳ stage without surgical indication;
2.Patients with important organ dysfunction or other major diseases cannot tolerate surgery;
3.Other contraindications can not be performed D2 radical surgery.
