研究目的：

评价髂筋膜间隙阻滞在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期的镇痛效果和功能改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pain relief and functional improvement of Fascia Iliaca Compartment Block in the perioperative period of elderly patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① x线诊断单侧髋部骨折（股骨转子间或股骨颈骨折）；
②年龄≥60岁；
③在我院接受手术，包括股骨颈骨折的人工双极头置换术和全髋关节成形术，以及股骨粗隆间骨折的闭合复位髓内钉固定术（PFNA）

Inclusion criteria

1. X-ray diagnosis of a unilateral hip fracture (intertrochanteric or femoral neck fractures);
2. aged >=60 years;
3. receiving surgery in our hospital including hemiarthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture, and proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) for intertrochanteric fracture.

排除标准：

①有脊柱麻醉和区域阻滞禁忌症者
②既往有长期慢性疼痛的患者
③既往髋部或股骨骨折史
④长期使用阿片类药物
⑤对研究中使用的药物过敏
⑥精神认知较差，无法完成评分的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. contraindications for spinal anesthesia and regional blocks;
2. previously diagnosed with chronic pain;
3. previous history of hip or femur fracture;
4. chronic use of opioids;
5. allergy to drugs used in the study;
6. mental state preventing to complete the scoring.
