研究目的：

本研究旨在对慢性肝病患者接种新冠疫苗后的安全性和免疫应答进行评价，为相关人群的接种提供一定的指导作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate safety and immune response of COVID-19 vaccinationg in patients with chronic liver disease,providing guidance for these patients on COVID-19 vaccination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康对照组：无肝炎病史、无肝硬化病史、无肝癌病史；接受新冠肺炎全程疫苗接种。
2.慢性肝病患者：经临床或病理诊断的慢性肝病患者；接受全程新冠肺炎疫苗接种。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy control group: no history of hepatitis, no history of liver cirrhosis, no history of liver cancer; COVID-19 was vaccinated throughout the course.
2.Patients with chronic liver disease: patients with chronic liver disease diagnosed clinically or pathologically; received COVID-19 vaccination

排除标准：

既往实验室确诊新冠，有新冠确诊病例接触史，有疫苗接种禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19, COVID-19 confirmed case contact history, vaccination contraindications.
