探索磁共振引导下微波消融对肺癌病人的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of magnetic resonance guided microwave ablation on lung cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①肿瘤最大直径 3-5cm；
②年龄≥18 周岁；
③病理诊断肺癌；
④患者一般情况较好，体力状态评分（performance score，PS）0-1，无明显心，肝、肾等重要脏器器质性病变；
⑤无肺外转移。

Inclusion criteria

1. The maximum diameter of the tumor 3-5cm;
2. Aged >=18 years old;
3. Pathological diagnosis
Lung cancer;
4. The general condition of the patients was good, and the performance score (PS) was 0-1, none obvious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ organic lesions;
5. There was no extrapulmonary metastasis.

排除标准：

孕妇或哺乳期妇女；活动性出血或脓毒血症；心脏病史，心脏彩超测定 EF<50%；HIV 感染或存在 AIDS 相关疾病；严重的急慢性疾病；严重的活动性感染（＞2 级，NCI-CTCAE 3.0）；研究者认为其依从性差；需要药物治疗的癫痫病患者(例如类固醇或抗癫痫药物)；药物滥用，或患者可能干扰研究依从性的心理或精神等疾病；任何不稳定或可能危害患者在本研究中的安全和依从性的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A pregnant or lactating woman;Active bleeding or sepsis;
2. History of heart disease, heart EF<50% by color ultrasound;
3. HIV infection or presence of AIDS-related diseases;
4. Serious acute or chronic diseases;
5. serious active infection (> grade 2, NCI-CTCAE 3.0);
6. poor compliance;
7. Requires medical treatment. Epileptic patients (such as steroids or antiepileptic drugs);
8. Substance abuse, or patients may interfere with study compliance sexual psychological or mental illness;
9. Any instability or risk of compromising patient safety and compliance during the study.
