Objectives of Study：

Objective to verify the effectiveness and safety of main pancreatic duct jejunal bridge catheter drainage in reducing pancreatic leakage after PD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行胰十二指肠切除术的患者；
年龄在18~75岁之间；
心、肺功能基本健全，无明显器质性疾病，可以耐受胰十二指肠切除术；
依从性良好；
同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Patients who will undergo pancreatoduodenectomy
Age between 18-75
Basically sound cardiopulmonary function, without obvious organic diseases, and could tolerate pancreatoduodenectomy;
Compliance is good;
Agree and sign informed consent

排除标准：

患者术前心肺功能差，无法耐受手术；
影像学明确提示肿瘤侵犯肠系膜上动脉，或侵犯肠系膜上静脉超过180°；术前影像学或术中探查提示肿瘤远处转移；
术前总胆红素高于400umol/L；
营养不良

Exclusion criteria：

Poor cardiopulmonary function and could not tolerate the operation;
Imaging findings clearly showed that the tumor invaded superior mesenteric artery or superior mesenteric vein for more than 180°
Preoperative imaging or intraoperative exploration indicate distant metastasis;
The preoperative total bilirubin was higher than 400 umol / L;
Malnutrition
