研究目的：

目的是检测葡萄膜炎患者立即接种COVID-19疫苗和延迟接种COVID-19疫苗之间的眼部和系统结果的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective is to test the difference in ocular and systemic outcomes between prompt initiation of COVID-19 vaccination and deferred initiation of COVID-19 vaccination in patients with uveitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.年龄≥18岁。
b.在筛查前尚未接种疫苗。
c.被诊断出任意眼睛有任何形式的葡萄膜炎。
d.非活动的疾病状态（满足以下所有条件）：
(1)≦0.5+前房细胞；
(2)≦0.5+玻璃体混浊；
(3)无活动性炎症性脉络膜或视网膜血管病变。

Inclusion criteria

1. Not yet vaccinated prior to the Screening.
2. Diagnosed with any forms of uveitis in any eye.
3. An inactive disease status (all the following criteria are met):
(1)Anterior chamber cells of 0.5+ or less;
(2)Vitreous haze of 0.5+ or less;
(3)No active inflammatory choroidal or retinal vascular lesions.

排除标准：

a.葡萄膜炎完全缓解：在停止所有眼病治疗后3个月的无活动性疾病。
b.根据生产说明提供的任何已知疫苗禁忌症：
(1)有对任何疫苗成分过敏史的个体；
(2)体温超过38.5°C的个体；
(3)怀孕。
c.在研究者看来会因参与本研究而使受试者面临风险的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

a.Complete uveitis remission: Inactive disease for 3 months after discontinuing all treatments for eye disease.
b.Any known vaccine contraindications according to manufactures instructions:
(1)Individuals with a history of anaphylaxis to any component of the vaccine;
(2)Individuals with a body temperature over 38.5°C;
(3)Pregnancy.
c.Any other condition which, in the opinion of the Investigator, would put the subject at risk by participation in the protocol.
