明确中西医结合方案治疗SLE的疗效与安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of SLE

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合2019年EULAR/ACR SLE分类标准；
② 符合中医辨证热毒血瘀肾虚证者；
③ 7≤SLEDAI-2000≤12分者且当前糖皮质激素用量（以泼尼松计算）≤1mg/kg.d者；
④ 年龄在18周岁至60周岁之间者；
⑤ 自愿参加本试验并同意签署进入临床研究知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the 2019 EULAR/ACR SLE classification standards;
② Those who comply with TCM syndrome differentiation of heat, toxin, blood stasis and kidney deficiency;
③ Those with 7≤SLEDAI-2000≤12 points and the current glucocorticoid dosage (calculated by prednisone)≤1mg/kg.d;
④ Those who are between 18 and 60 years old;
⑤ Those who voluntarily participate in this trial and agree to sign an informed consent to enter the clinical research;

排除标准：

排除标准:
① 神经精神狼疮患者或狼疮危象患者；
②合并各系统靶器官严重病变、精神病、肿瘤等疾病的患者；
③不能耐受本研究药物治疗的患者
④怀孕、哺乳期妇女；
⑤正参加其它临床试验的患者；
⑥研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with neuropsychiatric lupus or lupus crisis;
② Patients with severe disease, mental illness, tumor and other diseases of target organs in each system;
③ Patients who cannot tolerate the drug treatment in this study
④ Pregnant and lactating women;
⑤ Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
⑥ Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
