Objectives of Study：

Does education video before colonoscopy affect the detection rate of adenoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过微信或者电子邮箱传送结肠镜检查相关教育视频给实验组的受检查者，对照组不发送 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The education videos related to colonoscopy were sent to the subjects in the experimental group through wechat or e-mail, but not in the control group 

纳入标准：

18岁-70岁行肠镜检查者，无肠镜检查禁忌症

Inclusion criteria

There was no contraindication for colonoscopy in 18-70 years old patients

排除标准：

既往有结肠肿瘤者及肠镜检查禁忌症者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with previous colon tumor and contraindications of colonoscopy
