研究目的：

早期发现肌营养不良患者的心脏病变，并动态监测心肌病变的发生发展，以及干预治疗的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

detect heart disease in patients with muscular dystrophy early, and monitor the occurrence and development of myocardial lesions dynamicly, as well as the efficacy of intervention therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

通过基因组测序、肌肉活检及临床相关症状诊断肌营养不良患者。

Inclusion criteria

patients Diagnosed with muscular dystrophy by genome sequencing, muscle biopsy, and clinically relevant symptoms.

排除标准：

MRI 检查禁忌症、幽闭恐惧症、对比剂过敏、严重肾功能不全 (血清肌酐清除＞120 mmol /L) 、严重心功能不全（ NYHA-IV 级）、频发房颤、甲状腺功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

MRI examination contraindications, claustrophobia, contrast allergy, severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance >120 mmol/L), severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA-IV grade), frequent atrial fibrillation, thyroid dysfunction.
