1.供体来源线粒体DNA与DGF的相关性研究,及对DGF发生风险的分层分析; 2.供体来源核酸 对移植肾不同类型排斥反应的诊断价值、动态检测供体来源核酸对于抗排斥治疗的指导价值; 3. 供体来源核酸对移植肾BKVN诊断价值及治疗的指导价值; 4. 对比供体来源核酸和DSA对排斥的预测价值,构建基于供体来源核酸、DSA的肾移植排斥反应预测模型,构建血尿供体来源核酸检测预测移植肾损伤部位的模型; 5. 建立中国肾移植人群供体来源核酸标本库; 6. 优化供体来源核酸检测方法使其更贴合中国人群特点; |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Study on the correlation between donor-derived mitochondrial DNA and DGF, and stratified analysis of the risk of DGF; 2. Diagnostic value of donor-sourced nucleic acid for different types of renal graft rejection, and guiding value of dynamic detection of donor-sourced nucleic acid for anti-rejection treatment; 3. The diagnostic value and guiding value of donor nucleic acid for BKVN of transplanted kidney; 4. Compared the predictive value of donor nucleic acid and DSA for rejection, constructed the prediction model of renal transplant rejection based on donor nucleic acid and DSA, and constructed the model of predicting the site of renal transplant injury by the detection of hematuria donor nucleic acid; |
