研究目的：

国内外研究现状表明，老年人群的皮肤屏障功能具特殊性并可能与炎性衰老相关。因此本申请人提出继续深入的临床研究，探索植物性神经酰胺-亚油酸屏障保护剂对老年瘙痒症及老年炎症的作用和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The research status shows that the skin barrier function of the elderly is special and may be related to inflammatory aging. Therefore, the applicant proposes to continue in-depth clinical research and explore ceramide - linoleic acid - Objective to investigate the effect of containing moisturizer on senile pruritus and inflammation.

纳入标准：

1) 年龄为大于60岁的老年人;
2) 受试者或监护人自愿在整个研究期间按医生指导给受试者使用受试品，并签署知情同意书。
3) 可具有局部或全身皮肤瘙痒症状

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged older than 60 years old;
2) The subjects or their guardians voluntarily used the test substance according to the doctor's guidance during the whole study period, and signed the informed consent.
3) May have the local or the whole body skin pruritus symptom

排除标准：

1) 对研究干预过敏者将排除本研究。
2) 受试者依从性不好, 不愿在研究期间遵守研究方案安排者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergic to the research intervention
2) Poor compliance or unwilling to comply with the protocol during the study
