研究目的：

探讨短期急性中等强度抗阻运动对老年2型糖尿病（T2DM，Type2 Diabetes）合并肌少症患者血糖水平、血糖波动及葡萄糖在目标范围内时间（TIR，Time in Ranges）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of short-term acute moderate-intensity resistance training (RT) on blood glucose levels, glucose fluctuations and time in target range (TIR) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在60岁至80岁；
②符合WHO（World Health Organization,1999年）有关T2DM的定义。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged between 60 and 80 years;
2. meeting the World Health Organization (WHO,1999) definition of T2DM.

排除标准：

①存在糖尿病运动禁忌；②肝、肾功能异常；③合并严重心脏疾病，如心功能不全（NYHA分级达III级及以上）、急性冠脉综合征、陈旧心肌梗塞；④严重慢性胃肠道疾病者；⑤合并甲状腺功能异常等影响肌肉含量变化的代谢疾病者；⑥使用糖皮质激素的患者；⑦合并神经系统、精神系统疾病及肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①contraindication to exercise in diabetes;②abnormal liver and kidney function;③combined with cardiac severe diseases, such as cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III or above), acute coronary syndrome;④serious chronic gastrointestinal diseases;⑤combined with abnormal thyroid function and other metabolic diseases that affect muscle content changes;⑥patients using glucocorticoids;⑦Patients with combined neurological and psychiatric diseases and tumors.
