研究目的：

本项目通过对本院医疗健康集团成员单位（7家分院共623名使用胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者）进行胰岛素抗体的检测，了解该人群中的胰岛素抗体阳性率，指导胰岛素抗体阳性的糖尿病患者降糖方案的调整及方案调整后胰岛素抗体转阴情况  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, through the detection of insulin antibody in the member units of our medical and health group (623 patients with type 2 diabetes treated with insulin in 7 branches), we can understand the positive rate of insulin antibody in this population, guide the adjustment of the hypoglycemic program for the patients with insulin antibody positive diabetes and the situation of insulin antibody turning negative after the adjustment of the program

纳入标准：

①本院医疗健康集团登记在册的所有使用胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者 ②自愿参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

① All patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated with insulin were registered by our medical and health group ② Voluntary participation in the study

排除标准：

合并糖尿病急性并发症（糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗性高血糖状态等）、合并各种应急情况、妊娠、急慢性感染、严重心肺功能不全、肝肾功能不全、严重贫血、肿瘤、甲状腺功能亢进症、风湿及免疫系统疾病、抑郁、躁狂等精神疾病者、无自主能力及合并有其他影响糖代谢疾病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute complications of diabetes mellitus (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic hyperglycemia, etc.), various emergency situations, pregnancy, acute and chronic infection, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, severe anemia, tumor, hyperthyroidism, rheumatism and immune system diseases, depression, mania and other mental diseases, no autonomy and other effects Patients with diabetes mellitus
