探究肌骨超声半定量分级与类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者关节活动度之间的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between semi-quantitative musculoskeletal ultrasound grading and joint mobility in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①所有患者均符合2010年由美国风湿病学会和欧洲抗风湿病联盟制订的RA诊断标准；②年龄范围20-65岁；③病历资料齐全；④意识清楚能够配合进行调研；⑤患者对本次调研过程、方法、原理清楚明白并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①All patients met the diagnostic criteria for RA established by the American College of Rheumatology and the European Union Against Rheumatology in 2010.② Age range 20-65 years old;③ complete medical records;④ clear awareness to cooperate with the investigation;⑤ Patients clearly understood the process, method and principle of this survey and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并精神疾病； ②合并免疫系统疾病；③合并其他关节疾病；④合并其 他器质性疾病如冠心病、肾衰竭等；⑤妊娠或哺乳期妇 女；⑥近期急性外伤；⑦近期服用激素类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Comorbidity of mental illness;② Complicated immune system diseases;③ with other joint diseases;④ with other organic diseases such as coronary heart disease, renal failure, etc.;⑤ pregnant or lactating women and women;(6) recent acute trauma;⑦ Recent use of hormone drugs.
