研究目的：

探讨SEBES评估组（SHIF组）与传统评估组（HIF组）2组患者的临床治疗安全性，包括围术期并发症，如动脉瘤再出血发生率，侧脑室外引流非计划性植入，非计划再手术，去骨瓣减压率，住院期间脑血管痉挛，脑积水，颅内感染等并发症；并随访比较2组患者的远期（6个月以上）生活质量等。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the clinical safety of Sebes evaluation group (shif group) and traditional evaluation group (HIF group), including perioperative complications, such as the incidence of aneurysm rebleeding, lateral ventricle drainage, unplanned implantation, unplanned reoperation, decompressive craniectomy rate, cerebral vasospasm, hydrocephalus, intracranial infection and so on; The long-term (more than 6 months) quality of life of the two groups were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①自发性蛛网膜下腔出血，CT检查确诊；
②64排以上的CTA或DSA检查证实存在颅内动脉瘤破裂
③患者或家属同意签署知情同意书。
④选择开颅显微手术治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage was diagnosed by CT;
2. More than 64 rows of CTA or DSA examination confirmed the existence of intracranial aneurysm rupture;
3. The patient or family members agreed to sign the informed consent;
4. Microsurgical treatment of selective craniotomy.

排除标准：

①非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的患者；
②合并有其他颅内血管畸形的患者，如 AVM、AVF 等；
③颅内或者身体其他部位患有恶性肿瘤患者；
④高血压脑出血合并未破裂动脉瘤的患者
⑤ 重要脏器功能障碍严重影响预后的患者
⑥拒绝随访的患者。
⑦介入治疗患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with non aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage;

② Patients with other intracranial vascular malformations, such as AVM, AVF, etc;

③ Patients with malignant tumors in the brain or other parts of the body;

④ Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with unruptured aneurysm

⑤ Important organ dysfunction seriously affects the prognosis of patients

⑥ Patients who refused to follow up.

⑦ Patients with interventional therapy
