研究目的：

因此本研究藉由OpenPose系統之協助使運動過程中姿勢更加標準，並使用更精密之儀器用已了解全身震動訓練對身體生理表現的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses the OpenPose system to help make the posture during exercise more standard and use more. Precise equipment has been used to understand the effect of whole body vibration training on physical performance.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年齡範圍20歲到80歲以下(2)可獨立站立不需任何協助者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range 20 years old to under 80 years old (2) Can be independent without any help

排除标准：

(1)接受荷爾蒙補充療法者、(2)服用干擾肌肉骨骼代謝藥物者、(3)副甲狀腺亢進或低下者、(4)三個月內有骨折或者開刀者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who received hormone replacement therapy, (2) those who took drugs that interfere with musculoskeletal metabolism, (3) those who had hyperthyroidism or hypoparathyroidism, and (4) those who had fractures or surgery within three months.
