研究目的：

本研究旨在采用临床随机对照试验，探索亲子箱庭疗法对ASD患儿、母亲及其家庭的影响，为建立规范的ASD综合干预模式和家长心理干预模式提供参考依据；探讨亲子创意艺术疗法对ASD患儿核心症状和睡眠质量的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the the impact of parent-child sandplay Therapy on children with ASD and their mothers by clinical randomized controlled trials in order to provide a reference for establishing a standardized comprehensive intervention model for ASD and psychological intervention model for parents; (2) To explore mechanism of the parent-child sandplay therapy on core symptoms, cognitive level and sleep quality of children with ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合精神障碍诊断和统计手册DSM-5中ASD诊断标准；
②患儿年龄3～7岁，且发育年龄达到3岁及以上，能够配合完成治疗；
③患儿主要监护人为父母，精神正常，神志清醒，同意参加研究，并签定知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. A diagnosis of an ASD according to the fifth edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual(DSM-5);
2. Preschool Children (3-7 years); DQ (Development Quotient) > 75;
3. Mothers were conscious and gave informed consent.

排除标准：

① 患儿合并其他急慢性躯体性疾病、遗传性疾病和视听觉损害等；
② 经调查者解释，患儿家长表示拒绝合作；
③ 患儿无法参与全程研究；
④ 患儿正在参加或者近30天以内参加过相关试验研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child was combined with other acute and chronic somatic diseases, hereditary diseases, and hearing and hearing impairment; 2. The parents of the child refused to cooperate after the investigator explained; 3. The child could not participate in the full study; 4. The child was participating or was participated in related experimental research projects in the last 30 days.
