研究目的：

主要目的：评价基于线上平台患者主动报告结局（PROs）的全程管理对进展期肿瘤患者生存期的影响。 次要目的：评价基于线上平台患者主动报告结局（PROs）的全程管理对进展期肿瘤患者的营养状况，症状管理，生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of the whole process management of patients with advanced cancer based on online platform Objective to evaluate the effect of the whole process management of pro on nutritional status, symptom management and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者入选标准
1）入组前8周内经病理和/或细胞学明确诊断的恶性肿瘤，分期为III-IV期；
2）年龄≥18岁，性别不限；
3）预期生存时间≥3月；
4）骨髓功能：中性粒细胞（ANC）绝对计数≥正常值下限；血小板（PLT）≥100×109/L；血红蛋白（HB）≥90g/L；肝脏功能：血清总胆红素（STB）、直接胆红素（CB）≤ULN×1.5；丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）≤ULN×2.5；肾脏功能：尿素（BUN）≤ULN；肌酐（Cr）≤ULN；内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）≥55 ml/min；凝血功能：凝血酶原时间（PT）国际标准化比值（INR）≤ULN×1.5；
6）受试者必须理解并签署知情同意书
7）有阅读理解能力，能完成问卷；
8）自愿参加研究并书面签署知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

Criteria for subjects to be selected

1) The malignant tumors were diagnosed by pathology and / or cytology within 8 weeks before the group, and the tumor was divided into three-iv stages;

2) Age ≥ 18 years, gender is unlimited;

3) The expected life time is more than 3 months;

4) Bone marrow function: the absolute count of neutrophil (ANC) was ≥ the lower limit of normal value; Platelet (PLT) ≥ 100 × 109/L Hemoglobin (HB) ≥ 90g/l; Liver function: total serum bilirubin (STB), direct bilirubin (CB) ＜ ULN × 1.5 Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) < ULN × 2.5； Renal function: urea (BUN) ＜ ULN; Creatinine (CR) < ULN; The clearance rate of endogenous creatinine (CCR) was ≥ 55 ml / min; Coagulation function: prothrombin time (PT) International standardized ratio (INR) < ULN × 1.5；

6) Subjects must understand and sign informed consent

7) Have reading comprehension ability and can complete questionnaire;

8) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent in writing;

排除标准：

受试者排除标准
1）合并严重心血管疾病，包括内科治疗无法控制的高血压（BP≥160/95mmHg）、不稳定性心绞痛、过去6月内存在心肌梗死病史、充血性心力衰竭>NYHA II级、严重的心律失常以及心包积液等；
2）存在吞咽障碍或因喉返神经损伤无法耐受经口进食；
3）对口服营养液内含物质成分过敏；
4)严重的肝和/或肾脏疾病及糖代谢异常，如严重糖尿病(糖化血红蛋白≥7.0%)；
5）处于怀孕期或哺乳期的女性患者；
6）患有严重精神疾病，依从性差；
7）研究者认为不适合入组的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria

1) Severe cardiovascular diseases, including uncontrollable hypertension (BP ≥ 160 / 95mmhg), unstable angina pectoris, history of myocardial infarction in the past 6 months, congestive heart failure > NYHA II, severe arrhythmia and pericardial effusion;

2) There was dysphagia or recurrent laryngeal nerve injury;

3) Allergic to the contents of oral nutrient solution;
4)严重的肝和/或肾脏疾病及糖代谢异常如严重糖尿病(糖化血红蛋白≥7.0%)
5）处于怀孕期或哺乳期的女性患者；
6）患有严重精神疾病，依从性差；
7）研究者认为不适合入组的病例。
