研究目的：

通过大样本、区组随机、平行对照、多中心临床研究设计初步评价穴位埋线治疗MAFLD的安全性及临床有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The safety and clinical efficacy of acupoint catembedding in the treatment of MAFLD were preliminarily evaluated by a large sample, randomized, parallel controlled, multicentre clinical study design.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合MAFLD诊断标准。
2)ALT、AST小于正常上限5倍。
3)年龄18-65岁之间，性别不限。
4)未服用与MAFLD治疗相关药物。
5)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Comply with MAFLD diagnostic criteria.

2)ALT and AST are less than 5 times the upper limit of normal.

3) Age between 18 and 65, gender is not limited.

4) No medication related to treatment of MAFLD was taken.

5) Signing the informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 有其他急性或慢性肝病。
2) 合并心、脑、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病的患者。
3) 急性妊娠脂肪肝、类脂质沉积病、局灶性脂肪肝、肝脂肪类肿瘤等患者。
4) 精神病患者。
5) 妊娠或准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女。
6) 体重不稳定（前3个月内变化>5%）。
7) 正在使用胰岛素或口服降糖药治疗的糖尿病患者；
8) 目前使用减肥药物（如奥利司他）。
9) 过敏性特异体质患者。
10) 不能严格按照治疗方案执行者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have other acute or chronic liver diseases.

2) Patients with heart, brain, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases.

3) Patients with acute gestational fatty liver disease, lipid-deposition disease, focal fatty liver disease, hepatic fatty tumor, etc.

4) Psychopaths.

5) Women who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant, lactating women.

6) Weight instability (change of >5% in the first 3 months).

7) Diabetic patients who are taking insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs for treatment;

8) Current use of weight loss medications (e.g., orlistat).

9) Patients with allergic and specific constitution.

10) Those who cannot strictly follow the treatment plan.
