探讨双维度工作记忆训练（双N-back训练与双广度训练）对正常成年人认知改善及脑机制研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the cognitive improvement and brain mechanism of two-dimensional working memory training (double n-back training and double span training) in normal adults.

纳入标准：

年龄18-30岁，汉族，性别不限，右利手，身体健康，本科及以上文化水平，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-30 years old, Han nationality, male or female, right-handed, healthy, bachelor degree or above, signed informed consent.

排除标准：

伴随严重器质性疾病；精神及神经系统精神病史和疾病家族史；颅脑外伤史

Exclusion criteria：

Accompanied by serious organic disease; with a history of mental and neurological disorders and a family history of illness, no history of craniocerebral trauma.
