探索自愿医学包皮环切术对男男性行为人群 HIV新发感染率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate impact of voluntary medical male circumcision of men who have sex with men on HIV incidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合以下所有标准的男男性行为人群将有资格参加该临床实验：
1.年龄18-49岁；
2.生理学男性，在过去6个月男性伴侣数量≥2个，发生男男肛交次数≥10次；
3.最近10次肛交中，绝大多数情况（≥7次）做插入方；
4.HIV快速筛查及实验室血清检测阴性；
5.愿意实际接受包皮环切术；
6.自报包皮在阴茎未勃起情况下覆盖了超过一半的龟头；
7.居住在研究现场所在城市，并且未来一年无计划移居其他城市；
8.愿意在随机化分组中分配两组（干预组和对照组）中的任一组；
9.愿意接受血样和阴茎脱落细胞样本采集用于HIV、HSV-2、梅毒和阴茎HPV的检测；
10.愿意签署参加包皮环切术干预试验的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-49 years;
2. Physiological male, the number of male sex partners >= 2, the number of male anal sex >= 10 times in the past 6 months;
3. Had at least 7 times insertive anal sex in the last 10 male sex;
4. Rapid HIV screening and laboratory serological test negative;
5. Willing to actually uptake circumcision;
6. Self-reported foreskins coverage more than half of the glans when the penis is not erect;
7. Live in the city where the research site is located, and have no plans to migrate to another city in the next year;
8. Willing to be allocated to one of the two groups (intervention group or control group) before randomization;
9. Willing to accept blood sampling and exfoliated penile cell sampling for HIV, HSV-2, syphilis and penile HPV testing;
10. Willing to sign an informed consent form before participating in the circumcision intervention trial.

排除标准：

满足下列任一项标准的研究对象将会被排除：
1.已做过包皮环切手术；
2.同时参与其它生物医学干预措施预防HIV感染的研究；
3.血友病或其他出血性疾病；
4.包皮环切手术禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Research subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded:
1. Have done circumcision surgery;
2. Participate in other biomedical intervention research which aims at preventing HIV infection at the same time;
3. Have been suffered from hemophilia or other bleeding disorders;
4. Contraindications for circumcision surgery.

本研究设置了干预组和对照组两个比较组，采用的是区组长度为4的区组随机化的分组方法。同一个区组中的分组信息由中山大学公共卫生（深圳）分别装在4个小信封中，打乱顺序后在信封上随机编号1号、2号、3号和4号，然后装到一个大信封中，即一个大信封为一个区组（中山大学公共卫生（深圳）保存原始分组信息）。根据受试者到来的顺序，各现场负责人按小信封上的编号由小到大依次分配同一个大信封中的各个小信封，且只有同一个大信封中的所有小信封分配完以后才可以开启新的大信封。拆开信封的当时保证受试者、现场负责人均在场，打开信封后展示的分组信息即为该受试者的组别，受试者当场读出自己的分组情况。
