研究目的：

当前，腔内前列腺剜除术正炙手可热，各种能量平台结合的腔内剜除术的不断涌现，国内外学者对这两种术式分别与TURP对照研究已经开展的十分充分，但是对于此两种术式的随机对照试验却较少见，由于不同能量源的特殊属性，其手术效果及术后疗效究竟有无差别仍鲜为人知，本着科学认真的态度，本团队设计出此研究对这两种术式的治疗效果进行了比较，  

Objectives of Study：

At present, endovascular enucleation of the prostate is hot, and various energy platforms combined with endovascular enucleation are emerging. Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out very sufficient research on the two types of operation and turp control, but the randomized controlled trial of the two types of operation is rare.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合BPH手术指征的患者：IPSS> 12 ，QoL≥4，最大尿流量（Qmax）<15 mL / s，年龄≥45岁且<85岁，前列腺体积>20g，

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for the study were indications for the surgical treatment of BPH. IPSS> 12 QoL>=4 Qmax<15 mL/s; Aged 45 to 85 years, prostate volume>=20g.

排除标准：

患有严重的感染性疾病，或者泌尿系统其它疾病；患有重要器官衰竭性疾病，无法耐受手术治疗。神经源性膀胱，膀胱癌，前列腺手术史，前列腺癌，尿道狭窄及凝血功能不全的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from severe infectious diseases, or other diseases of the urinary system; suffering from major organ failure, unable to tolerate surgical treatment.Patients with neurogenic bladder, bladder cancer, history of prostate surgery, prostate cancer, urethral stricture and incomplete coagulation.

通过计算机化随机数发生器向每位患者发放信封。按照 1:1 的比例将患者随机分配到经尿道钬激光组、对照组。

Envelopes were distributed to each patient via a computerized random number generator. Patients were randomly assigned to the transurethral holmium laser group and control group according to the 1:1 ratio.
