研究目的：

探讨24周血液透析中有氧运动训练对于血液透析患者心脏功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Effects of individualized aerobic Exercise on cardiac function in Hemodialysis Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，性别不限；2.符合终末期肾脏病的诊断； 3.维持性血液透析时间≥3月；4.每周3次血液透析，spKt/V≥1.2，URR≥65%；5.签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age more than 18 years old male and female;
(2) Meet the criteria for end stage renal disease;
(3) regular hemodialysis treatment longer than 3 month;
(4) MHD 3/W,spKt/V≥1.2,URR≥65%;
(5) agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.急性冠脉综合征，急性心肌梗死，充血性心力衰竭，心功能Ⅳ级者；2.有肿瘤及活动性感染者；3.近1月有活动性消化道出血、肠梗阻、急性疾病者；4.有神经及精神系统疾病无法配合者；5.不愿意签署知情同意书者。6.研究者认为患者无法加入试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) ACS, acute MI,congestive heart failure, NYHA grade IV;
(2) Tumor and active infection;
(3) digestive tract hemorrhage, intestinal obstruction, acute disease within the previous 1 months;
(4) Patients with Neurological disease or psychiatric disorders cant cooperate;
(5) refused to sign a consent form;
(6) other conditions that investigators believe are not suitable for the patients to be enrolled.
