研究目的：

本研究通过构建并实施符合临床实际的住院早产儿母亲敏感性干预方案，提高早产儿母亲的养育敏感性，增强母婴情感联结，从而为早产儿自身依恋系统的形成和情绪行为调控能力的发展奠定坚实的基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to construct and implement a clinically practical hospitalized premature infants mother sensitivity intervention program to improve the parenting sensitivity of premature infant mothers and enhance the emotional connection between mother and infant, thereby contributing to the formation of premature infants self-attachment system and the ability to regulate emotional behavior. Lay a solid foundation for development.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.母亲知情同意，自愿参与调查研究；
b.母亲年龄≥20周岁，有一定沟通和读写能力；
c.胎龄≥32周至＜36周的初胎、单胎早产儿；
d.出生1分钟Apgar评分≥8分，早产儿生后3天内入院治疗且住院时间＞48小时；
e.无严重的器质性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

a. The mothers informed consent and voluntarily participate in the investigation and research;
b. The mothers age is >= 20 years old and has certain communication and literacy skills;
c. The gestational age is >= 32 weeks to < 36 weeks of first births, singleton premature babies;
d. Birth 1 Min Apgar score >= 8 points, premature infants were admitted to the hospital within 3 days after birth and the length of stay was > 48 hours;
e. No serious organic diseases.

排除标准：

a.有严重精神和躯体疾病的母亲；
b.不愿意参与调查研究或存在医患纠纷的家长；
c.有妊娠合并症不适合参加调查及无法实施干预措施的母亲；
d.早产儿病情严重以致无法实施干预；
e.不符合入选胎龄的早产儿。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Mothers with severe mental and physical illnesses;
b. Parents who are unwilling to participate in investigations and research or have doctor-patient disputes;
c. Mothers with pregnancy complications who are not suitable to participate in the investigation and cannot implement intervention measures;
d. Premature babies are in serious condition as a result, intervention cannot be implemented;
e. Premature infants that do not meet the selected gestational age.
