研究目的：

本研究研发新型脊椎内固定系统，实现对脊柱骨折新型、稳定固定。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a new type of spinal internal fixation system was developed to achieve a new and stable fixation of spinal fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究将用新型脊柱内固定器械治疗脊柱骨折和脊柱肿瘤。脊柱骨折：记录手术时间、术中出血、术前术后疼痛评分，测量术后骨折复位率、远期高度丢失率以及置钉准确率等； 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, new spinal internal fixation devices will be used to treat spinal fractures and spinal tumors. Spinal fracture: record the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, preoperative and postoperative pain scores, and measure the postoperative fracture reduction rate, long-term height loss rate and nail placement accuracy. 

纳入标准：

1、年龄小于60岁；
2、胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者；
3、能耐受手术患者；
4、能够配合并能与研究者有效沟通；
5、愿意接受治疗方法并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age less than 60 years old;
2. Patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures;
3. Can tolerate surgical patients;
4. Being able to cooperate and communicate effectively with researchers;
5. Willing to accept the treatment and sign the consent form.

排除标准：

胸腰椎骨折无需手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

Thoracolumbar fractures do not require surgery.
