研究目的：

1.构建基于微信小程序对天疱疮患者症状管理的干预策略； 2.分析基于微信小程序的症状管理策略对天疱疮患者症状的影响； 3.分析基于微信小程序的症状管理策略对天疱疮患者症状体验的影响； 4.分析基于微信小程序的症状管理策略对天疱疮患者生活质量的影响； 5.分析基于微信小程序的症状管理策略对天疱疮患者心理状态的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct the intervention strategy of pemphigus patients' symptom management based on wechat applet; 2. Analyze the effect of wechat based symptom management strategy on the symptoms of pemphigus patients; 3. Analyze the effect of symptom management strategy based on wechat applet on the symptom experience of patients with pemphigus; 4. Analyze the effect of symptom management strategy based on wechat applet on the quality of life of patients with pemphigus; 5. Analyze the effect of symptom management strategy based on wechat applet on the psychological status of patients with pemphigus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经过组织病理、免疫荧光或ELISA检查符合《临床皮肤病学》诊断标准的天疱疮患者；
（2）60≥年龄≥18岁；
（3）具有中文基本读写能力并能熟练使用智能手机的患者；
（4）知情同意，自愿参与本研究.

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with pemphigus who met the diagnostic criteria of clinical dermatology by histopathology, immunofluorescence or ELISA;
(2) 60≥Age ≥ 18 years old;
(3) Patients with basic Chinese reading and writing ability and proficient in using smart phones;
(4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

（1）患者存在严重精神疾病及认知障碍，不能配合研究等；
（2）合并严重心、脑、肺、肾等系统疾病及其他严重疾病者。
（3）孕期及哺乳期患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patients had serious mental illness and cognitive impairment and could not cooperate with the research;
(2) Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney and other serious diseases.
(3) Pregnant and lactating patients.
