Objectives of Study：

To study the changes of binocular visual function before and after visual training in patients with acquired brain injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
（1） 脑外伤患者：脑外伤病史，有自理能力，最佳矫正视力≥0.5,主诉有视觉 异常症状，未接受过视觉训练。无磁共振禁忌症，无躁狂、抑郁等精神障碍。
（2） 脑瘫患者：诊断为脑瘫，年龄≥6岁，粗大运动功能分级≥3级，韦氏智能测定不少于50分，未接受过视觉训练。无磁共振禁忌症，无躁狂、抑郁等精神障碍。
（3） 其他脑部损伤患者：由其他脑部损伤所导致的视觉功能障碍的患者，有自 理能力，未接受过视觉训练。无磁共振禁忌症，无躁狂、抑郁等精神障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with traumatic brain injury: a history of traumatic brain injury, self-care ability, best corrected visual acuity ≥0.5, complaints of abnormal vision symptoms, and no visual training. No MRI contraindications, no mental disorders such as mania and depression.

(2) Patients with cerebral palsy: diagnosed with cerebral palsy, age ≥6 years old, gross motor function grading ≥3 grade, Webster's intelligence test not less than 50 points, and no visual training. No MRI contraindications, no mental disorders such as mania and depression.

(3) Patients with other brain injuries: Patients with visual dysfunction caused by other brain injuries, have the ability to take care of themselves, and have not received visual training. No MRI contraindications, no mental disorders such as mania and depression.

排除标准：

（1） 脑外伤患者：无自理能力，矫正视力＜0.5,曾接受过视觉训练。有躁狂、 抑郁等精神障碍。磁共振禁忌症，或不能配合者。
（2） 脑瘫患者：年龄＜6岁，或不能配合者。曾进行过视觉训练。有躁狂、抑郁 等精神障碍。磁共振禁忌症，或不能配合者。粗大运动功能分级小于3级，韦氏智能测定低于50分。遗传代谢性且有退行性病变者。
（3）其他脑部损伤患者：无自理力，矫正视力小于0.5,曾接受过视觉训练。有 躁狂、抑郁等精神障碍。磁共振禁忌症，或不能配合者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with traumatic brain injury: No self-care ability, corrected vision <0.5, and previous vision training. There are mental disorders such as mania and depression. Contraindications to MRI, or those who cannot cooperate.

(2) Patients with cerebral palsy: those who are less than 6 years old or who cannot cooperate. Have had vision training. Mental disorders such as mania and depression. Contraindications to MRI, or those who cannot cooperate. Gross motor function classification is less than 3, and Webster's intelligent measurement is less than 50 points. Those who are genetically metabolic and have degenerative diseases.

(3) Patients with other brain injuries: no self-care, corrected vision less than 0.5, and have received vision training. There are mental disorders such as mania and depression. Contraindications to MRI, or those who cannot cooperate
