研究目的：

本研究通过联合脐带间充质干细胞(UCMSCs)与MEEK植皮这两种治疗烧伤创面的新型先进技术，形成优势互补，利用MEEK植皮术最大限度节省皮源，利用UCMSCs的旁分泌作用促进皮片更快扩展融合，更利用UCMSCs的多向分化和炎症控制作用减轻瘢痕，从而解决战时成批大面积烧伤伤员救治困难的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

This study combines the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSCs) with MEEK micrografting, the two advanced technologies that treat burn wounds, to form complementary advantages. That is, using MEEK micrografting for maximum skin source savings and using the paracrine role of UCMSCs to promote skin faster expansion, furthermore, the multidirectional differentiation and inflammatory control of UCMSCs can relieve scarring, thus to solve the difficult problem of treating large area burn patients in wartime.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者选择对象为在我院烧伤外科手术病人。
受试者入选标准：（试验前，受试者必需满足项下所有要求，方可入组）
1）年龄18-60岁，男女不限；
2）烧伤总面积>30%TBSA；
3）病人同意参加本试验，并签署知情同意书；
4）AST、ALT、BUN、Cr不超过正常值一倍者；
5）非甲肝、乙肝、艾滋病、结核等传染性疾病处于活动期者；
6）受试者烧伤部位在前后躯干或肢体非手足部位。

Inclusion criteria

Subject inclusion criteria: (Subjects must meet all the requirements below before enrolled.)
1) Aged 18-60 years, male or female;
2) Total burn area > 30%TBSA;
3) The patient agrees to participate in this trial and signs the informed consent;
4) Blood level of AST, ALT, BUN, and Cr no more than twice the normal value;
5) Except the one infected with Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis or other infectious diseases in the active stage;
6) The burn sites of the subject include front and rear torso or limbs other than hands and feet.

排除标准：

受试者排除标准：（试验前，受试者满足项下任意一项要求，不可入组）
1）创面严重感染；
2）创周有皮肤疾病；
3）糖尿病患者；
4）装有心脏起搏器患者；
5）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验的疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subject exclusion criteria: (Subjects meeting any of the requirements below shall not be enrolled.)
1) Severe wound infection;
2) Skin disease around the wound;
3) Diabetics;
4) Patients with cardiac pacemaker;
5) The researchers consider it inappropriate for patients with the disease to participate in this clinical trial.
