研究目的：

观察苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于无痛结肠镜检查的半数有效剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the Half effective dose of remimazolam in painless colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18～65岁；
2)BMI 18～28 kg/m2；
3)ASA分级I或II级；
4)研究对象理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients aged 18 to 65 years;
2) BMI 1828 kg/m2;
3) Patients with ASA grade I-II;
4) The subjects understood and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1)术前存在明显呼吸、循环功能障碍、血常规和血生化指标异常者；
2)患有严重的神经精神系统疾病者；
3)食管反流病史；
4)对研究药物过敏；
5)妊娠或哺乳期女性；
6)近期使用过镇静镇痛药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction, abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indexes before operation;
2) People with severe neuropsychiatric diseases;
3) History of esophageal reflux;
4) Allergic to study drug
5) Pregnant or lactating women;
6) Recently used sedative and analgesic drugs.
