研究目的：

经颈静脉肝内门体分流术（TIPS）是治疗吡咯烷生物碱（PA-HSOS）导致的严重肝窦阻塞综合征的有效方法，但仍有少数患者术后预后较差。该研究目的是评估与接受TIPS的PA-HSOS患者预后不良相关的预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS）is an effective method in treating patients with severe hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome induced by pyrrolidine alkaloids (PA-HSOS). However, there are still a small number of patients with poor postoperative prognosis. The aim of this study is to evaluate the predictors associated with poor outcomes of PA-HSOS patients receiving TIPS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18至80岁； （2）明确诊断PA-HSOS（符合南京市标准）； （3）接受TIPS治疗（有或无抗凝史）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age: between 18 and 80 years old; (2) clear diagnosis of PA-HSOS (in line with Nanjing criteria); (3) received TIPS therapy (with or without anticoagulation history).

排除标准：

（1）拒绝接受TIPS治疗或治疗后随访<6.0个月的患者；（2）大部分临床数据丢失；（三）患有恶性肿瘤或其他严重疾病的患者；（4）TIPS失败（TIPS失败或TIPS术后一月内支架失功）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who refused to be followed-up or follow-up time after TIPS therapy <6.0 months; (2) the loss of most of the clinical data; (3) patients with malignant tumor or other severe diseases; (4) TIPS failure (unsuccessful TIPS procedure or shunt dysfunction in one month after TIPS).
