研究目的:

Objectives of Study:

Patients with Parkinson disease(PD) frequently exhibit symptoms of gastrointestinal dysmotility (e.g.delayed gastric emptying, constipation).Fecal samples were collected before and after FMT.In our research, methylation analysis and16S ribosomal DNA gene sequencing will be used to screen for abnormally methylated genes that are differentially expressed in fecal samples of PD patients and healthy controls. Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) gradeUPDRS score and the NMSS score were used in assessing the the improvement of the patient's motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms. PAC-QOL score and Wexner constipation score were assessed the patient's constipation symptoms. All the patients were tested by the small intestine breath hydrogen test to assess intestinal bacterial overgrowth at before and after FMT. We performed correlation analysis with the expression of methylated DNA and clinical assessing scores. In addition, the role of the interaction between differently expressed methylation genes and gut microbiota composition in the pathogenesis of PD also were studied.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、年龄不限,男女不限;
2、符合帕金森的诊断标准,同时明确合并便秘症状,同时除外器质性病变、异常的代谢情况、非正常的脑部结构等,同时由2名专科主治或主治以上医师共同确诊;
3、停用各种抗生素、抗真菌药物、抗病毒药物,益生菌、益生元及免疫抑制药物,及其他可能影响研宄结果的药物1个月以上;
4、自愿参加本实验,监护人签署知情同意书,并能坚持治疗随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age is not limited, men and women are not limited;
2. It meets Parkinson's diagnostic criteria, and at the same time, clear symptoms of constipation, while excluding organic disease, abnormal metabolism, abnormal brain structure, etc., and 2 specialists The attending or above-mentioned physicians make a joint diagnosis;
3. Stop all kinds of antibiotics, antifungal drugs, antiviral drugs, probiotics, prebiotics and immunosuppressive drugs, and other drugs that may affect the results of the study for more than 1 month;
4. Volunteer to participate in this experiment, the guardian signs the informed consent form, and can adhere to the treatment follow-up.

排除标准:

1、合并其他心血管类、代谢类疾病,如高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、痛风、冠心病等2、合并其他精神疾病;
3、合并其他的医学疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Combined with other cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gout, coronary heart disease, etc.
2. Combined with other mental diseases. 3. Combined with other medical diseases.
